International Chess Tournament “Sea Festival – 2010”

SYSTEM AND REGLAMENT: Swiss Tournament, 9 rounds. 90 minutes for a game for a player, with an increment of 30 seconds per move. The tournament is recorded in FIDE.

PRIZES: not less than 2500 Lt. (1Euro=~3,45 Lt)
I place – 800Lt.; II place – 650Lt.; III place – 500  Lt;  IV place –350 Lt; V place – 200 Lt
Private prizes (100Lt) for women, senjors (who are born in 1946 or older), youth (who are born in 1987 or  younger ) and the best result for player without ELO. Each player has the right to maximum one of the prizes.
ENTRY FEE: GM, WGM, IM, WIM also players with ELO above > 2400 will not pay entry fee.

2301 – 2399 – 20 Lt.
2201 – 2300 – 30 Lt.
2101-2200 – 40 Lt;
2001-2100 – 50 Lt;
2000-1901– 60 Lt
1900-1701 – 70 Lt;
1700< and without ELO – 80 Lt
ACCOMMODATION: at „Klaipeda Statybininku school" 15-25 Lt per day. (Taikos pr. 67, Klaipeda - approx. 15 min. by car from playing area)
FEEDING: at "Pajurio school" canteen for all 6 days - 90 Lt. The daily feeding rate - 15.00 Lt (Breakfast + lunch + dinner). Feeding is ordered in advance.           
Conditions of the tournament: All travel, accommodation, meals and other expenses must be covered by the participants themselves or their sponsoring organizations.
APPLICATION: Players wishing to participate in the tournament are requested to inform organizers until 21th of July. After that date, tournament fee increases +10 Lt.
